Travel Policy
Reasonable travel expenses are paid for the briefing session, the workshop and the final. Reasonable is defined as reimbursement for the following:
Briefing Session
- Mileage (24p per mile) for 1 car when attending the briefing session from your current university of study to the venue in Nottingham
- Return standard railway fare for one member of the team from your current university of study plus transport from Nottingham station to Nottingham University Jubilee Campus †
Workshop
- Mileage (24p per mile) for 2 cars per team when attending a workshop from your current university of study to the venue
- Return standard railway fares for all members of the team from your current university of study to the venue plus transport from the workshop railway station to venue †
Final
- return standard railway fares for all members of the team from your current university of study to the Final
† Where possible a shuttle service will be provided
